If any item is not as you imagined you may change it for any other, or ask for a refund.

Browse through the departments of the online shop by clicking on any of the category buttons in the horizontal navigation bar across the top of every page.

Click on an individual picture to display it's description, larger picture and price.

Click on add to basket and the item will be added to your shopping basket. You will be able to check the items selected and the total cost.

If you would like to add more items, click on continue shopping to go back to Count Your Chickens and browse again.

Check the contents of your shopping basket - you can change quantities and remove unwanted items if you wish, then click on proceed to checkout.

A alternative delivery address can be given at this stage if this is different to your normal or correspondence address.

You will be asked to provide payment details. Paypal is our payment provider. They are a large service provider offering secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions.

You do not need a PayPal account to buy from Count Your Chickens online shop. Select the Credit or Debit card option and follow the instructions on screen to finalise your payment. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will be very happy to help.

You will receive confirmation from PayPal that the transaction has been completed.

You will also receive an acknowledgement email from Count Your Chickens once we receive your order details from PayPal.

After your payment you will be returned to Count Your Chickens website where you can take advantage of our free gift service. Just fill in the form and your gift will be sent directly to the lucky recipient with a hand written gift card. There is no extra charge for this service.

We make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us before ordering for delivery outside the UK including Eire and the Channel Islands which may cost more.
