If any item is not as you imagined you may change it for any other, or ask for a refund.
Please do this within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
Should your goods arrive damaged, please notify us for a replacement within 5 working days at sales@countyourchickens.co.uk or by phoning 01508 548 791.
Please keep in mind that many of our products are handmade by individual artists and colours and exact measurements might differ slightly from those indicated.
Delivery
Please allow 14 days for delivery, but most orders are processed quicker than that.
For items handmade by individual artists there might be extended delivery times during busy periods.
If any item is not in stock we will let you know. You have the choice to cancel the item or we will send it to you as soon as it is in stock, separate from the rest of your order.
Privacy
We never pass any of your information to a third party.
Carriage
Standard Postage is £3.95 anywhere in the UK. Please contact us for postage to other areas.
Orders by Phone or Catalogue
We do not have a credit card facility to take card payments over the phone.
We are very happy to take payment by cheque. It takes a few days for cheques to clear and that might therefore delay your order slightly.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to talk to us about payment.
